Fractional COO Partnership

Hands-on operational leadership designed for founders who need a partner inside the business to help scale, stabilize, and lead.

This offer is for leaders who are growing quickly and need someone embedded in the day-to-day—not just to advise, but to help drive execution and build a business that can scale without burning out the team (or the founder).

As your Fractional COO, I’ll help you:

  • Lead key initiatives with your team so priorities actually move forward

  • Build systems and processes that support scale without creating complexity

  • Strengthen team communication, ownership, and accountability

This is more than strategic input—it’s implementation, leadership support, and partnership where it counts most.

How It Works

  • Ongoing, embedded partnership (typically 12–40+ hours per month)

  • Weekly or bi-weekly working sessions with you

  • Additional meetings with team members, leadership, or cross-functional partners as needed

  • Backend implementation and direct collaboration to move priorities forward

  • 6-month minimum commitment

As your advisor, I’ll help you:

  • Strengthen your operating model as you grow (without overcomplicating it)

  • Navigate team changes, role design, and leadership priorities

  • Stay focused on the right problems, not just the urgent ones

You’ll still get light implementation support as needed, but my focus is on helping you lead more strategically, not on managing execution.

How It Works

  • Ongoing strategic partnership (typically 6-12 hours per month)

  • Bi-weekly working sessions with you

  • Text/email access between sessions for decision support

  • Advisory input on systems, structure, and leadership direction to empower you and your team
