I started my career in corporate sales, left to teach yoga (yep—big pivot), and eventually co-led a multi-location wellness brand through growth and exit. That experience—equal parts vision, grit, spreadsheets, and soul—shaped how I support leaders now.

I’m also a mom of three girls (the hardest job I’ve ever loved the most), and someone who’s learned that clarity, flexibility, and calm under pressure aren’t just great in business—they’re lifelong practices. I’ve felt the edge of burnout, and I know how to come back stronger.
